They must of course have good Transport, be up for a haircut, have no visible tattoos, and a working understanding of english. Student visas are OK but I will be preferring to use talent that have unlimited hours of allowed engagement (Student Visa only allow 20 hrs /week) PLease use cultural sensitivity all all Japanese soldiers will be playing their role within a POW camp from WW2.
