From Pastor Mike Chong Perkinson For Your Encouragement: To truly live in the moment means that I have resolved my past; incorporated it into my being and made it a part of me, allowing it to shape me into the person God intended. The wound is healed and the lie that supported it along with contract that sustained it is made void by the Cross of Christ. To truly live in the moment means that I have hope because my past has been resolved (healed), which releases my heart from its caged grip of fear and its army of minions (lies and untruths), breaking the shackles that once held me hostage and silencing the lies that once dominated my mind – these lying minions can no longer speak into my future. If I no longer fear my past repeating itself or no longer fear that I am worthless or less than; then I am free to envision a future of God-possibilities with me in it. May you envision what God envisions of you and for you and may you walk in the fullness of His love and power to bring about the love, life, joy and peace of His Kingdom
