From Peter Sullivan at the Australian MS Network of Care: World MS Day – Looking Backwards to the Future. In May 2011, as an adjunct to World MS Day, the issue of CCSVI and Multiple Sclerosis was raised in the Australian Parliament on behalf of the MS Community. Subsequently all 225 parliamentary representatives were lobbied to put in place policies and programs to support the advancement of CCSVI medical knowledge while, at the same time, addressing the ongoing CCSVI needs of Australians living with MS.
