From Randi van Wiltenburg FYI; For all people that have vehicles that have been submerged: DO NOT start your vehicle without towing it to a shop to inspect it for hydro lock. If your cylinders are full of water and you try to crank it over; you will be replacing or rebuilding your engine. Liquid as opposed to air/fuel mixture cannot be compressed.
