I thank them from the bottom of my heart for bringing awareness to this situation and yes, I do agree with all that has been stated. This has been going on for a long time, now they can no longer hide from this....so hopefully something will be done. We have reached out for more transparency and to help in any way we can at NO cost to the city. Rescue groups can be set up to help and Im sure many residents in the City of Schenectady would also step up....but we need the City to admit their inadequacies and reach out for assistance instead of a closed door policy.....what is there to hide and dont just say safety, many of us will sign waivers. We want to Help the strays in your city. ******There will be a protest tonight at City Hall at 530pm and a city council meeting where this topic will be brought up.
