From TJ, The Culinary Master: TJ’s Favorite No Carb Breakfast With Franks RedHot Ingredients: 2 eggs 2 strips of regular bacon (You CAN use turkey bacon, but it’s going to suck if you do.) About 2 Tbls of grated sharp cheddar cheese Non-Stick Cooking Spray About 3 Tbls of vegetable oil Salt and Pepper to taste Frank’s Red Hot to taste….. (I use a pretty good amount) Directions: Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and fry the bacon to a firm texture. Not too floppy and not too crisp, then place on a paper towel covered plate. Either get another non-stick skillet, or clean the one you just used for the bacon. Spray the clean skillet with cooking spray and put in vegetable oil. You CAN use the bacon grease, but it’s going to make your eggs look all brown and ugly. When oil is hot fry the eggs to over easy. When eggs are done, remove them from the skillet and place onto a glass plate. Paper plates make eggs disgusting, plus we live in a civilized society here. Immediately sprinkle the cheese onto the eggs so it can begin to melt. Use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon strips into bite size pieces and place on top of the eggs. Salt, Pepper, and…..
