From The Ottawa Citizen Echo boomers set to impact Ottawa housing market A new generation of home buyers, the so-called echo boomers born between 1978 and 1992, is gearing up to exert a positive impact on Ottawa’s sluggish housing market, according to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp.
