From Traffic Tracker 2s Dave Cash: The major routes are all up to speed so far this Thursday morning with light volume. A large tree is down & blocking traffic at Greenbrier Road & Colony Court in Amherst - residents on Colony Court will not be able to get off of their street until the tree is removed. A water main break in Evans has both Westbound lanes of Route 5 closed from Herr Road to Lake Street until further notice. Route 269 (County Line Road) remains closed in Royalton from Seaman Road to Mill Road due to downed power lines from yesterday. The Corporate Challenge takes place starting at Delaware Park this evening. If youre not going to the Challenge, youll want to avoid the following from around 3pm til 10pm: The 198, Delaware Avenue from Amherst Street to Gates Circle, Parkside Avenue from the 198 to Hertel Avenue & Delaware Park & surrounding streets. If youre going to the race, organizers suggest paking in lots M & L on Grant Street at Buffalo State College, where free shuttle buses will take you to & from Delaware Park.
