From: VLAD from Ukraine, the RCDS Member - 2006 Dear colleagues, the RCDS members, as well as all un-impartial people, I am definitely appreciate the recall of my Argentinian friend, who is appeared as an indifferent person to a destiny of ме, my family and the destiny of my country. I found the force to formulate these theses of our common RCDS position. I am Vlad from Ukraine, the RCDS member, the citizen of sovereign, independent , indivisible Ukraine, father of three children. In this dramatic and historic moment for my country and for the safety of the global world of the 21st century, I am, following the inclusive principle Once lied - who will believe you, recognizing responsibility for the future of my country, for the future of my family and my children, being responsible for the stability, security and prosperity of my country, as well as for the global security, admit responsibility for the following statement: - As a result of a 3-month heroic confrontation against the anti-human dictatorial regime of Yanukovych, the Ukrainian people got rid of this gangster government and dictatorship. The major corruptioner, the Kremlin puppy ex-president Yanukovych hastily left the Ukraine. His political career is definitely over. - This is true that for the people of Ukraine is emerged the hope, that, within the constitutional framework, to develop democratic state institutions, to restore the balance of powers, to overcome the economic problems and corruption, and through association with the EU to achieve the criteria for membership in this organization. - However, cunningly using the temporary weaknesses of the transition process in Ukraine, Putins regime, as a third force, impose the brutally actions, which violated the UN Charter and all international treaties and obligations, roughly interfering the peace process. Ukrainians and russians did not expect such a betrayal of Slavian world from Kremlins power. This betrayal will remain permanently in the Slavian history. - The nowadays purpose of the Putins scenario is to split the integrity of Ukraine, to establish the gray areas, compounding from the Crimea, the eastern and southern areas of Ukraine, as it occurred in Nagorno-Karabakh, South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Transdnistria. In the future - to restore a new Russian empire. - At the time all the tools are involved. Unfortunately, I, as a member of RCDS, could not even suspect the existence such of dirty technologies, as beating, kidnapping, pressure on the family, physical destruction, zombie in the press, the destruction of the business, the physical destruction of people, military intervention and so on ... Case Stady --- 16 000 fully armed men, with heavy military hardware and unmarked, was occupied the peninsula of Crimea. They block and provoke conflicts to the Ukrainian military units. As a fact, Russia does not recognize this forces referring to the fact that these armed groups are like the national militia units. But - look at them live on TV. These are definitely the Russian regular troops and special forces. As a reality - full military annexation of the Crimea by Russian troops takes place. - Today Russia announced the completion of its military exercises involving 150,000 of their troops. However, as an evidence, - all the troops continue to concentrate on the eastern borders of Ukraine. There are no signals to withdrawal of the Russian troops from Crimea and from the Ukrainians borders. --- We should recognize, that the Putins regime, as pro-imperial regime, is fully isolated by the international community. Such a state is extremely dangerous. The regime is ready for everything. As an evidence of this is the todays night launch by the Putins regime the intercontinental ballistic missile. Putin has definitely lost his mind! --- The Armed Forces of Ukraine are fully committed the constitution and remain keeping calm. They are acutely aware and understand that the Kremlin provocations in Crimea may cause undesired armed conflict between the two brotherly nations. The conflict, that can break into the regional and even global confrontation. We, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, strictly adhere the oath of the people of Ukraine! --- Putin, in his unpredictable way, strive to restore the soviet empire and to reach the cold war state. In the 21st century, we all have the privilege not to allow to implement such plans! --- We are not allowed to realize Putins scenario! We must unite! --- I believe in you. We should combine our community who does not allow to realize the Putins plan to reincarnate the Imperialist Russia. We stand on guard for democracy all around the world! --- We should follow our motto Stability Security Prosperity. --- I trust in all of you, in our RCDS community, and in our powerful influence!
