From Wahls Warrior Barbara Barbara Breitsameter Posted to my Wall last night. Yesterday at 11:37pm It has been over 4 months ago when my life changed and I started the Wahls Plus Program under recommendations from my primary care physician. I have Parkinsons Disease. My disease had been progressing that I was having difficulty and pain just walking to the mailbox. Now I can walk a mile and not just walk but at a fast pace and without any foot pain. YES, my Dystonia symptoms in my feet has improved dramatically. Also my tremors are significantly less, I have ENERGY again and am sleeping better too. My movement disorder Neurologist is surprised and thrilled to see not only have I stopped the progression -- I have improved. Under doctors supervision, my medication dosage are now decreased and I was able to stop taking one of the medications because of the improvements. My future looked so bleak. NO MORE! I had been struggling to continue working as a professional photographer. Now I am in overdrive and able to work more at my job that I love.
