From a member: Im a Afghan Vet in transition back to civilian life, I was Diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder after coming home from overseas, now I was told by some doctors they cant officially say I have PTSD for new policy reasons. Now my problem is Im having a real difficult time with acquiring employment, I know i have medical privacy however Im a very direct and honest person by nature and keep feeling obligated to say why I was medically retired. I dont like dishonesty however the weight of how Im being viewed upon disclosure is getting to me deeply. Make things worse is my wife found employment very easy and yet Im struggling to, which in turn puts guilt and pressure on me. Can anyone please offer their opinion
