From a member (via Facebook) ACA.. what its done for me.. 1.) My insurance company said it will be cancelled effective 1/1 2.) I have attempted to sign up and have gotten through the process of signing up but nothing happens after I have signed up. It says it needs more information from me to verify my income, which I provided a month ago. 3.) It has said my kids have to be on Medicaid but according to state requirements I have saved to much money to qualify. So my kids dont have insurance. 4.) I have called in 3 times and spoke to a representative which always say they cant help me but will have someone call me back that can. Nobody has ever called me back. So at this point... I will have no insurance, cant get insurance and nobody will contact me back to help me..
