From a nursing mom on Shaklee 180 - "a young mother who ordered the 180 smoothie because she felt her nails were not growing, etc (nursing baby was taking to many nutrients out of her body). Well, not only are her nails stronger, her hair thicker but her milk output increased...a lot! She stopped taking it just to see if it was really the smoothie...milk output decreased so she is back to taking it again and oh so happy as she has a lot more milk for is baby Everett."
