From an admirer, a cell phone, handy cams, digital cams to editing from a corel to a FCP, to some poor outputs, to bad acting, bad editing, bad screenplays, months and nights I spent studying the art of film making, writing and writing with no real hopes and intentions, demotivated, mocked and under estimated, betrayals, miserable outputs from what I used to vision the scripts to be, reaching out to common interest folks, kneeling, praying and painful tears to my Lord, forming the right team, learning from mistakes and then it hit my senses that If im not failing every now and then, its a sign that Im not doing anything very innovative. It was then, I realized, its time to shrug the dust, unwanted people and fears and do what I believed I did best and that is to come out better and better and better every time I fall. Above all my kneeling and outburst to my Lord was heard. The wrong people diminished, the right folks came in. I realized that God is beginning to mold me and teach me. The first question people ask me was Who did you work under?. I wondered what do I tell as I thought it was a must to work under someone. Well, I realized I was hand stitched and molded by God Himself, The Creator and Director of this Universe!! But God cannot and would not help if there is no sincerity in what your doing. If your not honest and dedicated, you cannot succeed. Fear of the future is always there but the willingness to achieve was stronger and success for just a mere expression of hard work. People assume its easy to choose a path from the regular life, well it isnt. Gods promise is simple, yet effective. Work hard and I shall bless the work of your hands. Believe in God and in the potential and talent that he as seeded in you. Stand up for yourself and let nature take its course. Remember, foul mouths are always around the corner but your determination should be so large that it shuns them out. So, if I can do it, then you can fill up this blank ______________ and make history !!
