I went to met with my client Eden and Tesfu at Majors. What really bothered me was that at 5:15pm there was only myself and another couple/ IF THIS PLACE CLOSES, I WILL CRY LIKE A CHILD!! I cannot tell you how good their food is. Highly addictive! You will just have to go and try the food. Leave your silly prejudices about Ethiopian food somewhere else! First of all, the restaurant is super clean! The owners are always there, dressed and attentive. The food is consistently delicious!!! The same people cook your food from scratch!. EVERY DAY!! Nothing sits or is premade and refrigerated for a few days till you order it. They care about what they serve! Go ahead!! Go to your Chilis and Olive Garden crap and you just look at what they slap on your plate. Can you feel comfortable that everyone who touched your food was clean and cared about what they served??? I can put money an how clean this place is!!! You will have that comfort immediately after being seated. The owner explains African traditions and he is approachable!!! You can ask him anything!!! They are not pretentious. Just genuinely good people who value loyalty and customer care. So please take you girlfriend, boyfriend, spouse, friend, whomever!! Take your kids and show that that there are other things to eat than McDonalds. And KNOW that someone will truly appreciate your patronage...because they DO!!!! They are not braggy types. They hope that their food and service stand on its own and the you will appreciate their culture and food. I really hope that you will give them a try. Its so worth it!
