It follows a case in the English High Court. It awarded £522,000 to a woman who claimed that a 50 minute ambulance delay caused her to develop an aggravated post-traumatic disorder. Naas solicitor, Liam Moloney says this may lead to similar negligence claims being taken here as ambulance response times continue to increase due to cut backs
