From my friend Alex Carabaño, owner of the VSpot, the GREAT vegan restaurant in Brooklyn. Alex is also a dynamic comedian: The ABC 5 OClock Channel 7 eyewitness news segment, Neighborood Eats which will also air on Taxi TV through out NYC taxis. Some of you know me through stand up comedy as I have been performing in my spare time for the past 4 years recently building a set around my vegetarian diet jokes. But if you didnt know, my full-time job is co-running VSpot for the past 8 years, which is our vegan restaurant specializing in Latin cuisine & Kosher certified along with my brother Danny & our business partner Steve.
