From my heart, I just want to say, for God sakes, if a child comes to you and tells you they are being molested, please dont sweep It under the rug to KEEP PEACE IN THE FAMILY. Thirty five years later you still have family saying it really doesnt matter! If it is your child, your grandchild, your neice, nephew, neighbors child, strangers child, ANY child, then Hell, yes it does matter. I was molested when I was a child. Nothing was done because no one wanted to cause trouble in the family. I know a lot more children in the family who went through this also. Yes we are grown children now, but I can garentee you, IT STILL MATTERS EVEN NOW! Even now, people want to act like the molested are in the wrong for talking about it. If someone had paid attention to what the children were telling them and done something about it then a lot of those children would have never had to suffer at the hands of a molester. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE AND ABOVE ALL, IF THEY EVER COME TO YOU ABOUT ANYTHING BEING DONE TO THEM, DONT MAKE THEM FEEL IT IS THEIR FAULT ,OR THEY WERE IN THE WRONG FOR TALKING ABOUT IT! let them know IT REALLY DOES AND ALWAYS WILL MATTER!!!
