From my home to yours, I wish you a most wonderful Christmas. As I enjoy the magic with my husband and two little girls, I will also be thinking of cherished family, dear friends and our selfless protectors -- the men and women who don a uniform to administer care, fight raging fires, battle evil and terrorism and those who answer the call when vehicles crash, things go bump in the night and when criminals steal and destroy what is precious to us. These are the super heroes of real life and they face tragedy head on so that we can live, love and thrive. Our military, first responders, fire fighters and law enforcement represent the very essence of this season of sacrifice and love. The two simple words, thank you, hardly seem enough, but I will say them and do it from my heart. Thank you. Merry Christmas, everyone.
