“From small beginnings come great things.” It is a new year with a all new and energised committee! A SHOUT OUT TO ALL WE ARE RECRUITING!!!! EEE Club - A club that continuously strives to cater to the needs of one of the most wide and vibrant student community in NTU. Below are the details of the portfolios that we are looking into and the details of the sub-committee recruitment. Date: 17th & 18th September 2014 Time: 6:30PM - 9:30PM Venue: TR+65 Portfolios Details: 1) Academic - Academic Portfolio works closely with EEE School to organize events with the purpose of improving academic performance and career plan for the students. 2) Business- Business portfolio sources sponsorships for various events organized by the club. 3) HRIS - Human Resource portfolio provides logistics support and ushers for club events, takes care and keeps record of the clubs inventory. 4) Publicity - The publicity portfolio designs posters and school t-shirts for students. It also does decorations for club events and the EEE notice board. 5) Publications - Publication portfolio provides photography and video support for events. They are also in charge of maintaining the EEE club website. 6) Social - Social portfolio organizes social gatherings to promote bonding among students. EEE Week is organized by this portfolio. 7) SPO - Special project portfolio organizes EEE Night and Freshman Orientation Day. 8) Sports - Sports portfolio promotes healthy sports culture among students by organizing Sports Carnival and Inter School Games. 9)Assistant Treasurer - Assists the Honorary Treasurer in accounting for the finance of EEE Club. 10) Assistant General Secretary - Assists the Honorary General Secretary in the management of administrative, human resource and logistical handling of EEE Club and all its assets. For portfolio 1 to 8, the recruit will be awarded 5 ECA point. For Portfolio 9 & 10, the recruit will be awarded 7 ECA point
