The travel conditions are treacherous with zero visibility on open roads. District 7 has implemented their emergency snow plan. -Property damage crashes will be handled at a later time. If vehicles are drivable, motorists will exchange information and make a report with in 10 days of the incident. -All vehicles that slide off the road and not blocking travel will have occupants safely removed from the interstate and the vehicle will be tagged for removal when conditions are deemed safe.
