From the age of two until the age of 22 she was my Mom...she taught me many valuable lessons in life. She taught me to cook and to clean,,,to sew and to craft and to paint. She instilled in me the values I carry today. She gave me an appreciation of the outdoors through summer after summer of camping trips. She nursed my heart the first time it was broken. She taught me the value of hard work and the satisfaction of jobs well done. She was the woman in my life that cared for me and raised me into the woman I am today. I didnt always agree with her nor she with me...sometimes I found her unfair, sometimes she made me unhappy...I grew older and raised my own children and realized that what seemed unfair at the time was in fact reasonable...she made me happy too. When she re-entered my life with the passing of my brother...all of our past was forgiven and I was happy to resume a relationship with her. When I lost my son, she understood my pain and shared hers with me. I loved her, she loved me...I will carry memories of her in my heart and mind and be grateful for my Mom. Rest in Peace Jan Adair...I love you.
