In wars and violent conflicts during that period, Muslims have killed about 10,325 Americans, whereas the U.S. has killed 288,000 Muslims. - Note: Keeping this in mind, we must remember, that we as a nation cannot conflate our wars with theirs on a comparable level. The reason being... this is not a Christian nation, as the fundamentals of Christ teach us that there is a separation between religious and nationalistic or political motivations (Mark 12:17). This is in opposition to Islam, which identifies itself as a statehood religion, or caliphate, as defined by their prophet Muhammad. This is why there is such intellectually dishonest or unbalanced dialogue in these debates. There ought to be a Muslim cleric on the panel to defend the faith. Most people who object to criticism of Islam have no understanding of the basic tenets of the Quran. They believe that moderate Muslims somehow equate to moderate Christians, but they fail to realize that conflating the two is a distortional comparison of doctrines. They really dont understand the Law of Abrogation as it applies to the Quran, and this is what has determined the rule of violence in Islam. There is no Law of Grace in the Quran to counter that, as there is in Christianity. This is why there is no legitimate moderate position in the eyes of the extremists, because they are simply following sharia law as Muhammad commanded. They are willing to kill their own moderates as infidels for refusing to embrace their mandate. The problem lies within the fundamental doctrine of Islam, because the world cannot redefine what fundamental Islamists consider the inerrant word of Muhammad. How will the moderates overcome warmongers without using force themselves? This would violate their own consciences. Their moderate counterparts do not make any literate arguments in the media to back up their claims, nor any theological amendments for overruling the claims of ISIS who insist that they are the true Islam. Islam needs reformers, not moderates. And the word reform just isnt compatible with the word infallibility. So the world has a very big problem to solve.
