From the inbox... Renee I could use some help! Please i beg all of you. I was traeted unfairly at Ellsworth correctional facility in kansas and now they are trying to take my visits for a year! An officer Blazy told other officers i came to visit high and i have track marks on my arms. I have never used a needle in my life and i dont get high on anything! This all falls under undo familiarity with inthe prisons rule book, it also falls under freedom from staff harassment. And insidious discrimination, conditions conducive. To maintain healthy relationships with their families, and fair and rational decision making in the American bar association house of delegales. I was adviced by my lawyer to before making legal action as this can make things a lot worse to get the public involved, the last thing and prison wants in public humiliation. My fiancee Jace McSpadden KDOC#107965 felt singled out after some serious untrue accusation were made about me during a visit on August 17,2014 after wanting to be stripped search at his second time using the restroom, he became irritated and used some curse words , so the hit him with a class 1 DR , every officer involved officer miller, officer Pranston, and sergeant Cranston now knowing the reasoning for his actions has asked for him to get a diversion because thats not his normal attitude, his unit team leader Wilson has asked for a diversion because they all know he is trying to lay low and do his time, we have 2 inmate witnesses to both the incident at visitation and the what happened with officer Blazy, we also have officer Cullum and sergeant Gibson as witnesses to the incident with Officer Blazy. What i need all of you to do is call and complain to the Secretary of kansas dept of Corrections Johnnie Goddard (785)296-5187 and/or the warden. Dan Schnurr at Ellsworth 785-472-5501 The more i can get the better so please help me blow up their phones create a massive over load on their phones so i can get my visits back. There are guys in there that got caught moving contraband from a visit that only lost visits for 6 months. Here i drive 400miles each weekend just to see him, support him, love him and give him something to look forward too each week and now If tjats taken away i am afraid of what trouble could come his way i am afraid he will give up trying, he already feels like he is loosing so much and now this is the only thing i can do to help hm so please help me help him !
