From the president of Hales Franciscan High School: I’m looking to gather a group of 8 to 10 stakeholders (4 to 5 Board members and 4 to 5 other stakeholders) to form a strategic planning group. This group will meet Thursday, April 3 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, April 4 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The purpose behind forming this group is to rework the Hales Franciscan High School Strategic Plan in light of recent changes to the culture of the school and to focus on developing processes, procedures, and metrics for the execution of the reworked strategic plan. To help us with this endeavor, our new business manager Daniel Szymanski, has connected me with two distinguished gentlemen who he has worked with in the past.
