From the start some of us thought the responsibility of building the ANC Youth League after dissolving the NEC would take a Minimum of three years to build structures and Ten Years to Rebuild the League itself.That those who were Members of the ANC Youth League can be called to give assistance because rebuilding the structure such as the ANC Youth League will require the hand of experience mixed with new blood for the purpose of transferring knowledge and skills. That Branches of the ANC should carry the responsibility of dedicating time for Political Education. That if we are not careful we can rebuild structures but kill the organisation...Now the Question we have to ask is.Those Young People who are now in the Structures of the ANC Youth League...Do you feel that you have an organisation? Do you feel that your influence pemiate to wherever young people are? Are you confident that through your work, the youth are rallying behind the Vision of the ANC? Are the Youth Confident that you are Champions of their interests? All these questions are not about a yes or a no but about Organisation?? Now as you move towards Conference are you confident that you have the Organisation or is it structures and a Collection of individuals going to conference??
