From the testimony of the IEBC Registration Bureau Chief Counsel Ms.Kasait,who sounded rather poorly informed about IEBC,I can only conclude that IEBC in full means Independent Electoral & Boundary CRIMINALS.Well,this also calls for corporate Citizenry an aspect of Corporate governance.That Ms.Kasait does not even know in 2007 Raila had his name missing from his poling station something that was reported by all media house on earth including in Papua New Guinea leaving me with a conclusion that either Ms.Kasait was in heaven or in her mothers womb.This leaves alot to be desired about conviction & commitment of IEBC employees & passion for their job & employer.
