From the time a boy hits the age of 13, he can be easily considered a threat to society (especially black males). So, in order to avoid seeing this boy meet his demise, he must have 3 things: People willing to protect him, the ability to protect himself, and the ability to protect those he loves. Therefore, when we allow our community to raise weak, irresponsible, cowardly and incompetent men, we are putting ourselves in harms way. In other words: Raise your sons to be strong. The world wont feel sorry for him for very long, it will only try to crush him.
