From time to time I like to shine the spotlight on members of my staff, who are residents of the Niagara community, and who do such a great job serving our clients and helping them recover from their injuries. Introducing Shawn Knights ... who you may know! Shawn Knights is an associate with Sharpe, Beresh & Gnyś, practicing primarily in the area of personal injury. He earned his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he completed the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and the Administration of Justice curricular stream and a B.A. (Hons) in Political Science and History at the University of Toronto. During law school, Shawn gained experience by volunteering as a prosecutor in Provincial Offences Court and as researcher in the Legal Services Division of a major municipality. Shawn also managed Fair Change Community Services, an organization that provided Toronto’s street-involved population with pro bono legal services. Prior to law school, Shawn was a Reserve Commissioned Officer in the Canadian Forces and a political assistant at Queen’s Park. He is the proud father of two daughters and husband to his beautiful and much wiser wife Myrtho. Shawn is a passionate advocate and focuses on understanding the unique circumstances of each client. He is very active in his community and volunteers with local churches.
