From what Ive learnt on EPA textbook in Form 3, PRC takes over sovereignty of HK and names this region as HKSAR is an act of reunion to motherland. This concept in my mind is no longer valid. For the definition of reunion concerns not only the will of active participant to look after the recipient of being looked after, but also the will of the passive recipient to whether or not it want to be looked after. This IS a mutual process, not a one man say. Hence for, HK is semantically not a reunion with China... This is a only a case of illegal occupation of one place, with no lawful foundation.
