From yesterday #maxoutmonday delt workout! This little clip was Inspired by 2 people.... 1. Was @philheath because he posted a similar video which got me fired up and 2. @theebostonmass because when we did this weight like 5 or 6 weeks ago I barely got 4 reps. Got to graduate to the man weight as Jose calls it! Cranked out 9 reps 4 wheel drive!! This was done as my last exercise/ last set: heres what the shoulder workout looked like: _______________________________________ Machine laterals 4 sets of 20 reps lots of blood flow Lying chest down on incline bench and then do Db front raises this was 3 sets of 15 reps Next was standing lateral raises superset with upright rows 3 sets of 10 for each movement Bent over lateral 3x10 reps Rear pec deck flies 3x20 Hammer shoulder press 3x10 reps and as you can see I only got 9 on the last one! _______________________________________ Great volume workout plus #MAXOUT and #Hemavol from @iforcenutrition and the pump was disgustingly insane!!! #weliveit #webreatheit #trainnasty #getfreaky #gym #motivation #monsta #beastmode #iforce #iforcenation #datpump #shredicated #shredded #preplife #love #passion
