Frontline Fitness Ground Assault in full prep mode! Want to take on some fantastic local running races this summer? Then you need this! Weekly running plans based on your running level and race distance. Group speed and hill drills, plus running nutrition and form analysis. $50 1st month (which includes team shirt), $25 each additional month. We end the season together with the Sandpoint Half Marathon on September 21st. Led by former Cda marathon winner and Boston finisher.
