Ft. Loudoun Middle School Registration Day FLMS will host registration on Monday, August 5 from 8:00 until 2:00 at the old FLMS building located at 1703 Roberts Road, Loudon. Students who finished the 2012-2013 school year at FLMS, Steekee Elementary, or Loudon Elementary can pick up a class schedule and a parent packet for the new school year. Students transferring from other schools need to bring the following documentation to enroll: * Birth certificate * Social Security card * Immunization record on the TN form * Withdrawal form for last attended school * Proof of residency in Loudon County Transfer students will not get a class schedule on August 5th but can pick up parent paperwork for the beginning of the year. ALL STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE TRAFFIC MAPS AND BUS INFORMATION FOR THE NEW BUILDING ON REGISTRATION DAY
