Ftth Engineer--urgently Required in KSA Posted by: AdvaComm Posted date: Mon, 2nd Sep Location: Saudi Arabia Job Description: • Triple play (IPTV, Broadband, and Landline) service troubleshooting supporting. • Remote technical support to subscribers. • Deal with all IPTV and all FTTH customers’ faults such as (VOIP, Voice, Internet, IPTV and OTT) for any vendors. • Back Office support for Triple play (IPTV, Broadband, and Landline) services and advanced troubleshooting. • Problem Mgmt. Coordination with xNOC, OJTs, Major faults analysis. • Daily report for Triple play (IPTV, Broadband, and Landline) services and advanced troubleshooting.
