Fuel For Courage Winston Churchill once said, Courage is rightly considered the foremost of the virtues because upon it, all others depend. Courage is the chief distinguishing characteristic of the true leader. It is almost always visible in the leader’s words and actions. It is absolutely indispensable to success, happiness and the ability to motivate other people to be the best they can be. All through scripture,when new leaders emerge,God emphasis on courage because Man is more powerful than he can ever believe he is. I watched an interview where Dangote talked about his companies 5years plan and that has seen him move 20names to be the 23rd richest man.By 2017,he wants his group of companies to be in the region of 100Billion Dollars, by that obviously the Richest Man in the World. Who said you cannot dare to Dream Big and that those Big Dreams cant come through?Courage is all you need. 1)Set Up a SMART Goal Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Time bond Let your goals be in phases.Short,Medium and Long time goals. 2)Believe in the Realization of your Dreams and goal.Believe its possible to achieve it even when the road is rough. 3)Hard Work.Quote me anywhere,Without hard work you can never go far in life.You can never get out of life more than what you give it.Your height is a function of your works.The Smart thing to do in bisiness is to invest more than your equals are investing. A colleague of mine asked one of my staff,how come your boss get more jobs than us?The answer is simple,I Invest more time.
