Full Body Workout *The only piece of equipment I used was a skipping rope (I got it for £1.50!) You dont need one. Just do the jumps and arm movement as if you had a skipping rope. It will still get you sweating! I did the following circuit twice. 30 second jump rope (I bought my stopwatch for a couple of quid on e-bay. If you dont have one, it is roughly 65 jumps) Followed by 20 reps of each exercise shown in the video. Do as I have done and do 30 second skipping in between each exercise. Repeat the whole circuit twice. By the way ladies the skipping is unbelievable for training the pelvic floors! I was worried Id need a Tena Lady half way through that!
