Full Time Receptionist - Job Vacancy An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Receptionist to join the team at BEST WESTERN PLUS Aston Hall Hotel. The role is 42.5 hours per week with a mixture of early shifts (6:30am-3:00pm) and late shifts (2:30pm-11pm). It is 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis and does include weekends. As Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting guests on arrival, checking guests in and out of the hotel and answering and responding to telephone enquiries and room reservations. We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, has excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Experience within a customer facing role would be preferable but not essential as full training is provided.
