Full details of the Agenda have been sent to all Trust Members. Those who have given us an email address will receive that notification electronically. In accordance with the Trust’s Rules, one third of the current Trust Board is required to retire. Alan Cecil, David Cook, Garry Heath and Colin Treacher will therefore retire from the Board and are offering themselves for re-election. James Sumner is also offering himself for election. With five candidates, a ballot will be held to elect Directors to the four available positions on the Board. For those members unable to attend, proxy forms have been issued for them to complete and return. After the formal business of the AGM has been completed, a general update and question and answer session will be held.
