#Full report on #KWALE terror suspect A terror suspect escaped a police dragnet in #Mkwajuni village in Kwale County by outsprinting a contingent of Police officers who went to arrest him The suspect had sought refuge in the house of Hamisi Nguta after convincing the latter to offer him shelter. The two had met at a local mosque last week on Tuesday. Village elders grew suspicious of the man, who was always indoors, and notified the chief, who subsequently called the police. The man escaped on foot when he saw the contingent of police officers in two vehicles approaching the house Police found one grenade and three magazines that carried 78 rounds of ammunition. Other items found in the house included a pair of police boots, a wig, gloves, sunglasses and a torch. Mr Nguta and his wife were arrested for harbouring a terror suspect
