Full transcript of Chairman Imran Khans press conference on election rigging in NA122 at Bani Gala Terrorism is a massive issue for the future of Pakistan; similarly election rigging is also a massive issue for the future of the children of Pakistan. The kind of Judicial Commission the government wanted to make was a dis empowered one, one that was not able to do anything even if rigging proven. The government kept us hanging going back and forth, we always suspected they did not want an empowered JC. There is a propaganda campaign going on that this was a simple recount; the issue is not of a recount the order is an audit of the constituency. Shoaib Siddiqui sitting here with me has sat for 20 days w/ vote auditors and counted every single audited vote. We have waited a year and a half for this. 30,000 bogus votes in NA122 where remember I lost by about 9000 votes. 30,000 votes without RO signature and stamps; missing counterfoils. The constitution says the RO must record the counterfoil, NIC number, stamp it, and sign it to make a vote into a ballot. This is absent from 30,000 votes. That means those ballots are invalid. There is a standard operating procedure. We have no idea whose ballots these are. This is as per the rules of EC Pakistan; these votes are bogus. 100 polling stations have no form 14 and 15. Form 14 identifies how many votes are there per bag per candidate, form 15 identifies how many ballots are used and how many not used. When not identified, any candidates ballot boxes can be stuffed with extra ballots. 25 polling stations had ballot papers of diff colors, shapes sizes. These are the ones that were printed from Urdu bazaar in the last 3 days before election. There are two diff ballot papers, the ones printed before and the ones printed after. One printed from official press the other printed from Urdu bazaar press. Polling station 243, two different kind of ballot papers identified with the same serial numbers; 280389. Same serial numbers, both votes going to the same person. In 9 polling stations the counterfoils were less than the ballots. Polling stations 18, 993 votes but the counterfoils only 306. 600 counterfoils missing; results different from RO and different in the bags. 5 polling stations such that the serial numbers the ROs recorded were diff from the serial numbers in the bag. Polling station 97, the RO gave different results for the same polling station. On one the RO says 194 votes gone to Ayaz Sadiq, on the other it says 0 votes. Now on to Jehangir Tareens constituency. 49,000 bogus votes w/ no stamps, signatures. 20,601 votes such votes that nic numbers according to Nadra are invalid identified against those votes. For the provincial ballot for JKT constituency, 4726 votes sent to Nadra. Only 1550 votes could be verified for finger prints by NADRA. Showing results of a constituency from 77 election; only 6 polling stations were identified as rigged, but the whole election on them was declared null and void. We know why Ayaz Sadiq hid behind a stay order. There is a massive difference in counting and investigation. We have evidence for every step of the investigation. To the PM, we swallowed a bitter pill, even though most of our members were not for a constitutional amendment, we stood with the govt, but if there is no faith in your judicial system who will have faith in the next election? In Pakistan; just like they turn to the military courts now..who will have faith in the system come next election. On the 18th we are getting together at D chowk for the lives of our workers like Haq Nawaz for whom we have still not gotten justice. We are giving govt time till then to form an empowered judicial commission. The govt should not exploit the horrific attack in Peshawar to backtrack from JC, otherwise we will be back out on the streets. We have shown resolve and flexibility, otherwise we will announce our next phase on the 18th. I say this in front of my nation. I will not reveal the plan right now, but there will be movement on the streets. I do not want to do this but we have demonstrated we have the street power. I just want our legitimate demand to be met especially in light of the evidence from the two constituencies we have presented today. The same issues were revealed in Hamid khans constituency as well. We are not going to go back to parliament till judicial commission sits, investigates and presents results. Till then there is no question of going back to the assemblies. To put the media people and social media at ease to clarify on wedding issue, it is not a crime to get married but when you have kids from one marriage they are your priority. Divorce is painful for them. Their happiness is paramount. Till I would not meet my kids and speak to them I would make no sort of announcement. I just got a chance to go meet my kids; I did not marry for 10 years because they were young. But I have met with them and spoken and this week I will give you guys the good news
