Fully funded kindergarten is a great Public education leveler and despite being promised 3 years ago by the PCs, it still isnt coming - even for at risk kids. All day kindergarten has a proven impact on increasing the education level & well-being of children (& their families) - yet this is deemed unfundable, yet a near identical figure is spent on waste alone to put a cross over the door of one in five of our schools. So, is that Public $200m a year better spent on benefiting lower & middle income children & families - or on running a farm team for the Catholic church?
