Let’s give a big Rescue Ridge welcome to JERSEY! This gal is a delight in every way! Jersey is a 5yr Beagle/Bulldog mix who is a bit of a bull in a china shop with her Bulldog + body and then has the cutest Beagle looking face! Jersey came to Rescue Ridge via a local shelter and she’s currently living with a foster family. She’s a bit on the chubby side, goofy yet gracious, super affectionate, cuddly and eager to find her permanent furever home! Jersey is living with another female dog that doesn’t care for her much; however Jersey loves her and all other dogs that she meets! She is also living with a few feline friends whom she doesn’t seem to mind much either. Jersey is an all around easy going gal… A few things to note about our gal: she’s housebroken (SCORE!); don’t be fooled by her rolly-polly body – our girl loves to wrestle, jump around after toys and is active, for several long minutes - ha! She loves to play with her squeaky toys; she enjoys a good game of fetch; enjoys boating adventures; she loves to go for walks and might trot a bit too :)! Jersey knows how to get in and out of the car and she’s a great co/pilot. She also knows how to do the stairs. Jersey will sit for cookies – currently working on giving “paw” and she also knows the command “down”. She listens well, especially to “no” – which is a good thing! She would make a great addition to ANY family based on what her current foster family says!
