Fun at the Denver County Fair. A highly entertaining escape from the heat and reality. Other highlights include: Crazy pancakes, cricket cuisine, a diaper derby, an old style freak show, a smelly sneaker contest (the winner [not me] took home $200 and a trip to NYC), a Beatles and KISS cover band, a petting zoo and pony ride. Missed the pot pavilion and the drag queen fashion show, but thats only because - cmon - I have kids and limited time. Recommend that all non-uptight people take advantage of this outstanding event tomorrow.
