Funny story my son reminded me of: I went hard as a mom I used to sit in his classes and whatever it took to make him do right in school. Education is vital to a black man as I see things. Anyways I took him to school one morning because I was tried of the school bus getting the children late for school daily, it had become a concern of mines. We walked to his 1st period class early (6th grade). I fell back and allowed Marquest to go in first. The teacher was in the room talking to two other teachers one a black man other a white women, and my sons Teacher says to him no wonder why its snowing outside your early for school. It was the first snow fall of the year. I then hit the door mean muggin and going off intelligently. I said I heard that! The black man said oh im outta here! the whole room cleared out even my son couldnt stand by and watch what he knew was about to go down! I went hard on her telling her she has no right to speak my son like that she isnt supposed to make sarcastic remarks to a child what is wrong with her? How do she think that makes him feel his own teacher talking to him like that? If there was a problem why hasnt she ever called me about it? I saw there was a problem thats why Im bringing him to school myself. She better not ever in her life talk to my son like that again ect. She was frozen pink lol... the shock of her life when I stepped in the room saying I HEARD THAT LOL... Rogers School of Preforming Arts Middle School Pgh, PA.
