The Chief Marketing Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will primarily be in charge of conducting the companys marketing strategy. From marketing communication, market research, distribution channel management, sales management and pricing. Its main task is to connect the company with its customers, helping it to become a customer centric organization. Will have the responsibility to point the company in the right direction in order to facilitate its growth. You will be an individual with a passion for developing and communicating a vision for a high-growth company. Job Responsibilities: The CMO will have various responsibilities; as the Marketing leader, you will have the responsibility in overseeing a wide range of areas including product and corporate marketing, building brand awareness through all media platforms, collateral package composition, distribution channel management, market research, building strategic partnerships. You will play a large role in the management of the talent acquisition process to build out a killer global communications team. Job skills: As a marketer, the CMO must possess numerous skills such as creativity, analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills, the ability to persuade, meet deadlines, a high resistance to stress and so on. Experience required: •Will need to have at least 5+ year’s corresponding experience as a previous VP of Marketing or CMO of a product /service company. •Brand marketing, digital/social, direct marketing, media relations etc. •Needs to have in-depth knowledge of PLAs PPC Strategies •Help Implement and maintain the Facebook ads and Google Adwords campaigns •Entrepreneurial spirit essential. Ability to be hands-on as required and to delegate as needed. MBA not required but is a big plus.
