G,morning from a frozen Bucharest( -7C and it will be worst!) Cold makes me annxious and constricts my bronchiaes & lungs ,( and i had to walk in the cold this morning...Toto refuses to do whatever he needs inside!) ,anxiety raises my blood pressure,then i panic and here,s my vicious cercle from every damt morning... very hard to broke...i have this bad relation with cold since i was a child,in spite of all my dad,s efforts then and mine when i grew up...never enjoyed winter sports or activities.... wish you be warm.,wherever you are...
