Lungu who was addressing people of Mpulungu on Tuesday afternoon spent almost eight of the ten minutes he spoke denouncing GBM. Can he buy you? The other day he was supporting Sampa. Today he is supporting Rupiah Banda, yesterday he was supporting, today he is supporting HH, where are his brains? Even his followers have no brains, Lungu said Lungu advised the people to get GBM’s money just like other people have taken from him before since he has no brains. Tell him to go away with his money. IS HE not the one feeding you? Lungu asked the people. ‘Respect is needed. Tell him to take it easy,’ Lungu said. He said money is not everything. But just after saying money is not everything, Lungu started complaining about how expensive it is to run a campaign. He told the people that he could not address them the previous day because he had gone to look for money outside Zambia. ‘Everything is money, even fuel for the plane is money, ‘he said. Lungu then told the people that late president Michael Sata has built infrastructure so he, Lungu, will just finish Sata’s projects. Lungu’s speech was as hollow as all the others but this one was particularly disappointing since his officials spent three days ferrying people from villages in Mpulungu just to go and be told that GBM has no brains. As early as Sunday, the ministry of health officials were made to drive around Mpulungu in mobile hospitals telling people to go the rally.
