GDay all! As many of you would know, the G20 conference has come to Australia - Brisvegas to be exact! Id like to take this opportunity to give a huge shout out to all those Queensland Police Service and Australian Federal Police officers, agents and police staff who are operationally involved in this huge operation. This includes all those from traffic, general duties, cycle response, canine unit, public order, command, dignitary protection, and every other area Ive missed! Aint nothing this big come to town for a while... - Guys and girls, you have our full backing and support! Stay safe and look after each other. Also just a small reminder that peaceful protest is legal and perfectly fine - although it will likely attract police attention, police wont act unless you create a scene and disturb the peace and actively commit criminal offences.
