GE Dishwasher Saga...continues! So, the GE repairman was supposed to come today to do nothing but report back to GE Customer Relations that my problems continue. No actual service - just make the call. Was scheduled between 8 - 12. I get a phone call from him @ 10:30 or so saying he had a family emergency & would not be able to make the service call. This was not the same repairman Ive been dealing with so I have to go thru the entire history including the fact that I have a letter from GE stating they will replace my defective dishwasher. He even says that if I have a letter stating such that there should be no need for him to come out. He said he would call customer relations in the afternoon & get back with me. He left a voicemail message that he spoke with customer relations & they verify he just has to come out to officially state I continue to have problems so they can begin the paperwork to replace my dishwasher!! How absurd is that!? Might be getting close to lawyer, BBB, any & all news investigative reporting, etc. 6 months of this crap is ENOUGH!! Im just a little bit ticked off. Can ya tell???
