Income declaration by student and parent on Rs.10/- non judicial stamp paper or Rs.10/- self adhesive stamp affixed on the format available at epass.cgg.gov.in. 2. Previous year / latest marks memo or promotion certificate 3. Copy of aadhaar card 4. Copy of ration card (with student name and photo) 5. Copy of student Bank account pass book first page (with account number and IFSC code, only for SC, ST, BC & Minority candidates only) 6. Copy of Eamcet / Ecet/ PG Ecet convener allotment order 7. Copy of Mee Seva caste certificate (for SC, ST, BC & Minority candidates only) 8. Copy of SSC marks memo. 9. Working mobile number for receiving one time password.
